All orders placed before 11am CET will be dispatched the same day (excluding Promotion Periods and weekends).

We ship using DHL Express throughout:

  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Poland
  • Spain

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over €35, and will automatically be available once the cart reaches this threshold after any discounts have been applied.

RETURNS

If you'd like to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team:

We’ll email you a return label generated through DPD, along with simple return instructions.

What Happens Next

  1. Once you send your return, we’ll track it back to our warehouse.

  2. As soon as it’s received and processed, we’ll issue your refund.
